Who said it was easy?

Mastering the art of french cooking is a lot harder than Julia Child suggests it is. You can't just open the book to page 28 and start cooking according to plan. First you have to drag yourself to the grocery store and buy all 1,000 ingredients, then you have to be phenomenal at multitasking. You have a sauce on the front right burner, and a few vegetables on the back left burner. Oh and don't forget the meat on the front right burner. I don't know if this happens to all good cooks or if this predicament just targets me but somehow i always manage to skip over one ingredient or misread the "tbs" for the "tsp". That's all I have to complain about for now. Till next time.
